Description of the event:

Our volunteer opportunities are based on current needs and may vary from day to day. Activities typically include packing bulk pasta, rice, or beans assembling Weekend Meal bags for Title I elementary school students, preparing shelf-stable bags for our Groceries for Seniors program, sorting food donations from drives, and other related tasks.   

Duties of the volunteers:

As a volunteer, you play a vital role in supporting our mission to fight hunger and support families in need throughout Palm Beach County. Volunteer Tasks May Include: Packing meal bags for local students and seniors Sorting non-perishable food donations Boxing rescued produce Packing bulk foods such as rice and pasta into family-size portions Maintaining a clean and organized work area during your shift Cleaning your workspace at the end of your shift
